I'm a Doctor of Occupational Therapy, a licensed clinician, a clinical performance coach, and the founder of IntimaOT, where I support individuals in cultivating sustainable success, emotional well-being, and meaningful connections.
Over the years, I've worked with men across a wide range of personal and professional contexts, rebuilding physical confidence, executives navigating leadership transitions, partners learning to reconnect after distance or trauma, and individuals simply trying to feel like themselves again.

And in nearly every case, the issue wasn't capability. It was presence.
