This consultation is designed for school administrators, counselors, and student support teams interested in bringing the Design Your Life Alignment™ Teen Program to their students.
During this session, Dr. Fay Gersh, OTR/L, OTD, MBA will review the program curriculum, discuss the needs of your student population, and explore how the program can be implemented within your school environment.
Prior to the consultation, a short information form will be provided to gather details about your school, student population, and program goals.
This one-hour discovery session is designed for parents, educators, counselors, or teens (ages 14–19) who are interested in learning more about the Design Your Life Alignment™ Teen Program.
Adolescence is a critical time for developing identity, habits, routines, and life direction. Today’s teens are navigating unprecedented challenges including digital culture, social media pressures, academic expectations, and uncertainty about future paths.
During this consultation, we will explore how the Design Your Life Alignment™ Teen Program helps students build practical life skills and develop the confidence needed to navigate modern life successfully.
The program integrates occupational therapy principles, focusing on establishing routines, habits, and structures that support long-term well-being and success.
Unlike traditional academic programming, this curriculum focuses on life design, helping students develop routines, habits, decision-making skills, and personal awareness that support long-term well-being and success.
What We Will Cover During the Discovery Call
During this consultation, Dr. Gersh will walk through the structure of the Design Your Life Alignment™ Teen Program, including:
the program philosophy and framework
core curriculum topics and learning objectives
how the program supports adolescent development
occupational therapy concepts used to teach routine-building, habit formation, and executive functioning
how the program helps teens navigate modern pressures such as social media, peer influence, and identity development
ways the program prepares students for future transitions including college, vocational pathways, and life skills
Dr. Gersh will also explain how the program can support students in developing:
confidence and self-awareness
healthy digital habits

Prior to the consultation, schools will receive a short intake form to gather preliminary information.
This allows Dr. Gersh to familiarize herself with the school’s specific needs before the call.
The form will ask for information such as:
