Design Your Life Alignment™ Program for Adults

Creating a Life Structure That Supports Purpose, Productivity, and Well-Being

The Design Your Life Alignment™ Program is a structured life design program developed by Dr. Fay Gersh, OTR/L, OTD, MBA, integrating occupational therapy principles with practical life organization strategies.

This program is designed for professionals, parents, and individuals navigating career or life transitions who want to create a life that feels intentional, organized, and sustainable.

Many adults experience periods of misalignment where work demands, responsibilities, and personal needs no longer feel manageable or fulfilling. Over time, this can lead to stress, burnout, and a loss of clarity about what truly matters.

This program helps individuals reorganize how their lives operate, so that their routines, responsibilities, and goals reflect what is most important to them.

Rather than simply offering advice, the program provides a structured framework for designing a life that supports long-term well-being, productivity, and personal fulfillment.

During This Session We Will Discuss

  • Your current life structure and responsibilities

  • Sources of stress or burnout

  • Career or life transition goals

  • Routines and habits that support well-being
